Sample of 2-6 Hour Educational Programs:
Improve through Improv
Life is not scripted, it's improv. This workshop
focuses on teaching staff or students the elements
of improv:
Listen, Accept, Trust and Create
Participants are given multiple opportunities to
practice those principles. Direct applications to
k-12 curriculum are strongly reinforced. Because
of the spontaneity of improv, surprising and very
funny things happen as participants explore their
creativity and learn to trust their first impulse.
Participants leave with a fistful of classroom
activities, lower blood pressure and a rejuvenated
attitude toward education which translates into a
more cohesive and productive staff or student
group.
Leadership through Laughter.
Quality leaders listen to themselves and others...
accept themselves and others... and trust
themselves and others. This workshop provides
useable activities to identify and foster leadership
skills in staff or students while laughing 'til milk
shoots out your nose.
KNOWyourLEDGE
You're standing on a steep ledge not knowing
what will happen next. That ledge may be a new
program, a change in a process you knew by heart
or any request from a principal or teacher that
scares the living bee gee bees out of you. You
can't change the steepness of the metaphoric ledge
but you can change your perception of it.
This workshop gives staff or students the tools to
literally laugh in the face of the challenge of
change.
