What: 9:30-11:00 am CREATIVE WRITING EXERCISES. Taught by Playwright Mike Eserkaln. Ages 10 and up. Spend some time learning about, sharing and playing with various fun, intriguing writing techniques to stimulate ideas, foster development and enhance written work! Interactive, supportive workshop aimed at giving kids confidence and strategies for written expression!

11:00-11:30 LUNCH Social. Pack a lunch or walk across the street and order a sub... we'll spend a half hour meeting, greeting and eating!

11:30am-1:00pm CLOWNING CLASS. Taught by former nationally touring Ringling Bro clowns Tim Miller and Mike Lorenz. Ages 7 and up. Come ready to learn some basic clowning skills such as balancing juggling and plate manipulations. You'll also get a chance to learn some fun, interactive, laugh filled clown gags to teach and/or show off to the rest of your friends and family just in time for holiday gatherings! This class will offer kids insight and practice with physical comedy and teamwork.

1:15-2:45pm IMPROV CLASS. Taught by Educational Improvisation, Inc founder Peggy Eserkaln. Ages 7 and up. Get ready to learn how to use that pops into your head! Games, activities and interactive team challenges galore! Improvisational comedy is based in accepting each others ideas, working together for develop an idea and celebrating the creativity that springs forth! We'll laugh lots while we learn some games and activities - games you can take back to your house to play with others too!

3:00-4:30pm MAGIC CLASS. Taught by Guinness Record Holder Monty the Magician. Ages 10 and up. Appear... disappear. Appear in this class and you'll pick up skills to wow your friends. The skills you learn will not soon disappear! Monty will start you off on the road to knowing the basics of the world of magic.
